Arrow board
editArrow boards, also called arrow panels are a road traffic control device that consists of a board mounted with a matrix of lights that are capable of creating flashing and sequential displays, most commonly arrows and chevrons.[1] Arrow boards can also be mounted onto vehicles, so that they are mobile and can be easily moved.
