Ramandeep Singh Kapoor, Born on 12 January 2001 in New Delhi, India. His Mother Charanjeet Kaur is a home maker and Father Sarbjeet Singh Kapoor is a P.T. Teacher and Karate Coach as Well. He started playing Karate from 2007, Ramandeep is Male Karateka coached Under the Guidance of Hanshi Bharat Sharma (President South Asian Karate Federation and Karate India Organisation) since 2017 and Currently Under Aniket Gupta (Captain Indian National Karate Team)

He is graduate in Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports from Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (BSc in Sports Science). Afterwards Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) and Master of Physical Education (MPED) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

He is specialized in the field of Sports Medicine as he has done various Certification & Diploma Courses from various universities like Johns Hopkins University, Washington DC, United States of America. Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, Australia & International Olympic Committee as well. He had very much experience in Rehabilitation Exercise after his ACL and Meniscus Tear Injury in 2019. In October 2020 he had completed his Certification in Khelo India Physical Education Coaching Program which was organized by sports authority of india and Laxmibai National College of Physical Education, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.[14]

In 2022, He Secure 1st Place in 6th South Asian Karate Championship 2022 held at Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Re-Discovering winning Memorable Silver & Bronze Medal in Senior National 2024 and Preparing for next year's Grand Event National Games 2025. In August 2024, His name got recommended to represent Indian National Karate Team Karate India Organisation at the Asian Karate Federation 20th Asian Senior Karate Championship 2024, Hongzhou, China in the Individual Male Kumite 55kg weight category.
