This short user bio is intended to stand in, for the moment, until I manage to produce something more substantial.
I was sitting around the office the other day, at a legal clinic where I work, and we discovered there wasn't an entry about the clinic. So inevitably someone suggested we produce one. We all looked at each other waiting for someone to answer the question regarding who could do it. So I put up my hand.
I've worked on independent wikis in the past. I've edited the en.wiki on occasion, but only on an anonymous basis. My skills aren't great, but they're usually sufficient to get the job done.
I recognize that editing beyond the occasional typo or clean-up job invites questions of credibility. That's why I decided to finally register a proper account, if I'm going to start an entirely new article. I can't guarantee that people will always agree with what I write, or how I write it, but I can at least offer a real username to put behind my contributions.
Suggestions and advice are welcome (of the genuine sort, rather than the passive-aggressive variety) and I'll do my best to observe convention and policy. There is an awful lot in the way of both, however, so if I'm missing something or omit some essential element I'll welcome correction.
Cheers.
