Those who might be interested in who I am would be best served by checking out my website, Astroland, and my weblog, The Crawfish Boxes. If you go to either site, you'll see that not only do I have way too much time on my hands, but that I also am way way too much into cardboard memorabilia. My extreme passion for the American sport of baseball, if not for the Houston Astros team, can, I hope, be forgiven.
I'm also into noisy music, preferrably obscure; I'd like to do research into determining at what point any particular band's obscurity becomes so pronounced that any page one might write about them is indistinguishable from a vanity page.
Lately I've really enjoyed reading many of the articles here on wikipedia about astrophysics, particularly the large scale structure of the universe, and of course Bad Jokes and Other Deleted Nonsense has been enormous fun for me.
As of February 2005, my reading on the site has been of the English kings--I'm taking them in order since Edward the Confessor. Recent articles I have created or greatly improved include Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, Supernova 1006, Supernova 1181 and Steve Dalkowski.
