Ric Chester Castro Nuqui (born May 01, 1986) is a Filipino civil engineer currently residing in the State of Qatar and has been working for buildings, towers and metro stations from 2011 to 2021.

Born and raised in Bacolor, Pampanga, Philippines, Ric attended Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) for five years and received a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, graduated 2008 and received an academic award of "With Distinction". He became the president of his university's Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) from 2007 - 2008. Upon graduation to college, Ric went for a 6-months review as preparation for his Civil Engineering Licensure Examination conducted by Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) and ranked 8th (96.50%) out of 1,672 who passed the exam.

Currently, Ric is residing in the State of Qatar and working as a Civil Engineer under MIC Construct - Qatar WLL specializing buildings and towers in Lusail Plaza Towers, Lusail City, Qatar
