Nsereko Reagan professionally known as Rigan Music is a Ugandan Afrobeat singer and songwriter.

He Recorded his first single Tambula in 2016 at Mtown records after finishing his high school and he was 18yrs old,
The song received massive airplay from popular radio stations like hot 100 FM in Kampala,then recorded "girl like you" his second single in 2017 from the same studio.
