Early Career

edit

Frost played rugby with Knox Grammar School in Sydney before going on to represent Australia at schoolboy level.[2]

In October 2017, Frost made the decision to sign a three-year development contract with the Crusaders to take part in their development programme.[2]

In 2019, Frost and the Crusaders mutually agreed to terminate his contract to allow him to play in the 2019 u20s Rugby World Champtionship. He immediately signed for the Brumbies in order to do this, joining the Queanbeyan Whites as a club player.[4]
