Roussel Augustin was born on April 13, 1976 at Mont Lubin on the island of Rodrigues. He is a Software developer specialized in database development package. He actually works for the Rodrigues Regional Assembly at the Commission for Agriculture. Roussel studied and graduated Diploma In Software Engineering from the University of Technology (UTM-Mauritius: 2006-2009) and obtain a Bachelor Degree in Computing & Information Systems in 2012. He is the creator of Farmers Information System (FIS)-2009 and Agricultural Land & Information System (ALIS).
