Introduction Giorgio Andrews is a British professional MMA competitor, (born in London, 13 May 1978) an undefeated world Baton weight champion. Giorgio Andrews has won every fight within the first round and is renowned for his all round technical skills of stand up and ground. His take downs have been a mixture of submissions and TKOs and not just one style. These include rear-Naked Choke, punches and Doctor Stoppage. On the 3rd of August 2008 Giorgio Andrews fought at Wembley, London against Ryan Shamrock the son of Ken Shamrock, this was one of the largest events in the history of UK MMA. On the 26th of March 2011 Giorgio Andrews won the UCMMA World Baton Championship belt and the belt remains undefeated. James Luttman Giorgio Andrews trains at the London Shoot Fighters, a renowned fighter gym for its great statistics. Alex Reid and UFC fighters John Hathaway, and francis all currently train at London Shoot.

Early Life

Early Life Giorgio Andrews was born on the 13th of May 1978 to a Cypriot family. He was born in North London and lived in the UK until his father decided during the 1980’s recession that starting a life back in Cyprus would be an ideal option for him and his family. Giorgio Andrews has two sisters and is the only son. He is also the youngest sibling out of the three. At 16 years of age Giorgio Andrews decided to leave Cyprus and his family to return to London on his own and continue his life in the UK. Life was difficult for him at the early stages
