Ruan Scheepers (born 1995) is a South African male model. He first appeared on the international ramp competing in Mister Global 2021.[1]
Early life
editRuan Scheepers was born on 24 August 1995, in Krugersdorp, South Africa, where he completed his high schooling at Hoerskool Noordheuwel and went on to study science at the University of Pretoria.[2]
Career
editScheepers completed his science degree at the university of pretoria where he went on to work in the medical research industry[3]. Modelling was only a part time endeavor as he went on to participate in Mister World South Africa 2021[4] before winning Mister Global South Africa 2021 where he went on to represent South Africa internationally.[5][6]
Branching out into television, Scheepers won the reality tv show Tropika Island of Treasure season 10 all stars with his partner Karlien van Jaarsveld.[7] He went on to feature on the afrikaans reality game show "Trou Trek of Toer".[8][9] [10] [11]
