The 2022 CONCACAF Regions League was the third edition of the CONCACAF Regions League, a quaternary tournament to determine a group stage berth into the the tertiary CONCACAF Confederations League. The runner-up and semifinalists will earn berths into the qualifying rounds.
This was the first Regions League tournament to be held on its originally intended schedule, with the tournament being a two-legged aggregate series. Starting this season, as with all CONCACAF competitions, the away goals rule will not be instituted. The final was held at Wild Horse Pass Stadium. Kick off time was pushed to 8:00 p.m. Arizona Standard Time due to concerns surrounding extreme heat.
