a walkie talkie that calls the closest person to it and when they talk into it they start to hear what scp 5676 wants them to hear not the truth.
The voice is described as Dr.[REDACTED]'s voice
But that theory was proven wrong when Dr.[REDACTED] heard the voice and burned all of the files on scp 5676
SCP 5676 was found when a man named [REDACTED] tried to free 682.the reason is unknown.
So far 5676 only has the desire to free 682.
682 calls it "Dave's phone" we do not know who said Dave is yet.
