 my  education background and qualifications and my experience engineering area.LCA Air Force & Navy Variant & HTT-40 Trainer Aircraft Making 3D model and 2D Drawing by using Catia V5-6R2016 / Enovia VPM-6R2016.
• Making 3D models and 2D Drawings of parts like Brackets, Angles, Skins, Doors and Doublers for skin and Stringer Assembly for LCA Navy MK-I Aircraft.
• Manual Weight Calculation for Composite Doors, covers and Skins for LCA
Navy Mk-I aircraft,Making Pilot hole points and Drill vectors in Canopy
Frame, Bulkhead and Shear wall Parts to
reduce assembly lead time in LCA Navy Aircraft.
• Strong Knowledge in Product Data Management to initiate the Parts,
Sub-Assemblies, Drawings, Material Schedules (BOM) and Change notice in the workflow process to release the drawings..

PROJECT 2 HINDUSTAN TURBO TRAINER (HTT)- 40 AIRCRAFT

• Making 3D models and 2D drawings for Machined Parts like Brackets, Ribs,
Stringers etc.. ,
Sheet metal Parts like Angles, Stiffeners, Doublers etc.. Sub-Assemblies &
Assemblies.
• Making higher issue of parts, Drawings, Assemblies & creation of Change
notices based on the
design changes in the existing models & drawing.
• Making data entries of Snags, Production Queries, Shop Queries, Drawing And  Computational fluid Dynamics

Inspection of Hawk, Jaguar, LCA parts as per drawing reference and compare with

the CAD model. Overview of the process involved for making final product which is

mentioned in the Route book.

Preparing the snag for rework operations which has to be performed.On hand

experience on the various instrument and measuring gauges used for the inspection

activities. Good command on the study of 2-D drawings. using IFS, updating of

cleared/tagged items for further operations. knowledge about quality documents in

line with international standards like AS 9100 'C' .

Knowledge about designing jigs and fixtures for the aircraft and machine tools.
