Tolangi, who graduated in film writing and directing from Oscar International College (Collage of Film Studies) , has made more than 100 music videos of modern songs and has produced and directed one dozen television films including Utsarga, Bali, Naya Yatra, The Last Latter and CHETANA.
Continuously Sabin Kumar Tolangi has written one dozen movies including Katha Karnali, Chepang, Maina Chari , Tulashi, and Ban Debata in the field of Nepali cinema for two decades.
Under the direction of Sabin Kumar Tolangi, Nepali fiction movies white house and Red Market are being worked on. The story, writing, production and direction of both these movies are by Sabin Kumar Tolangi.
