Majri is a village in Dehradun district Uttarakhand. which was founded by Rao Ahmed Khan in 1854 during the time of Mughal and British India. They come from Raipur village in saharanpur district. At that time they was first landlord of the village. After Ahmed Khan Many other families come from other regions and living here. The background of Majri's people are from U.P, Haryana and and other part of Uttarakhand. Majri are beautiful landscapes like: mountain, Rivers and Green Field etc.mostly people in majri are farmers.
