This award is given to users who have made exceptional contributions on the history, architecture or prosopography of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
The first five awards were made on 18 March, 2007:
- BrownHairedGirl: For exceptional contributions to articles on the thousands of Parliamentary constituencies which return Members to the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
- Dovea: For exceptional contributions to biographical articles on former Members of Parliament, who would otherwise have remained unnoticed.
- Lord Emsworth: For exceptional contributions to raising articles about the Parliament of the United Kingdom to featured article status.
- Timrollpickering: For exceptional contributions to producing high quality articles about notable Parliamentarians of the inter-war period.
- Warofdreams: For exceptional contributions to articles on the Parliament of the United Kingdom generally.
