Specialist areas
editI edit articles related to the UK, to rights and freedoms, to European history as well as many other areas on a lesser basis. I also edit for spelling/punctuation/grammar, and adding appropriate tags such as the stub or cleanup tag. I also like Star Wars and other science fiction
Censorpedia?
editI profoundly disagree with those who say that images should not be included because they are graphically explicit - be they sexual images, images containing gore or otherwise disturbing images. The whole point of an encyclopaedia is that it explains what certain things are, and pictures are worth a thousand words. Why not have an image of autofellatio on the page, since it explains perfectly what it is? I feel that people try and prevent certain images from coming up as part of some moral crusade. A medical encyclopaedia doesn't censors its images. We're trying to inform here, not to protect the sensibilities of our readers.
Articles created
edit- Tweenies
- Spencer Treat Clark
- Simon Amstell
- Blood and Gold - (one which I didn't create, but which I wrote all the non-template content for and am proud of)
- Marius (vampire) - (also not created, but rewritten to take into account the information in Blood and Gold and to focus on the character rather than events in his life)
- John Robinson (american actor) - created, updated, and also took and uploaded the screenshot of him in Elephant
Plus several others I can't remember...
Articles subject to moderate+ editing
edit- William Dean Martin - brought up to encylopaedic standard
- Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - dealt with a lot of vandalism, some editing for clarity
- The Vampire Armand - cleaned up, added information, corrected SPG errors
- Draco Malfoy
