I am an Analytics instructor and practitioner based in Silicon Valley. In recent years, I have taught undergrads at Minerva University and graduate students at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management. I'm currently at the Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering at Stanford University.
Though my academic grounding is in Mathematical Programming, my professional contributions have been in designing and implementing decision support for Supply Chain Management problems in retail, manufacturing and logistics.
In my personal life I fly the SR-20 single-engine composite airplane manufactured by the Cirrus Design Corporation, and participate in COPA, the Cirrus "user group". Less exotically, I am an irregular and middling table-tennis and volleyball player and an avid, though infrequent, hiker and opera-watcher. I'm an alumnus of Rice University and St. Stephens College.
