Santosh Setumadhavan is a Indian Film-maker who has directed numerous Documentaries, Advt film and Travelogues for Govt of India. His short film "APPUVIN NAYAGAN" based on a short story by Indira Parthasarathy won the National Award for Best Film on Family values, and IDPA award for Best film. His first feature film is "Chattakari" a Everlasting Lost story, a remake on the same film directed by his father and doyen of Indian film industry shri K.S.Setumadhavan.

Most of the film directed by Santosh are socially relevant either be "The Mask Of God" a film produced by PSBT and Doordarshan is based on faith of the people or his current project for AVA Production produced by Shri A V Anoop "Where The Trees Sing" is based on true incident how poachers turns to becoming the Forest guard of the same forest and it happened in the forests of Periyar Forest Reserves{Kerala}.
