Four with Betjeman was the title for a series of four programmes written and presented by John Betjeman on Victorian era architects and architecture. It was first broadcast by the BBC in 1971.

The subjects of the programmes were:

• Charles Barry, and Augustus Pugin
• William Butterfield, George Edmund Street, George Gilbert Scott

  

  The Foreign Office , architect Gilbert Scott, - was one of the buildings discussed in the series - Betjeman explained that Scott's original design had been vetoed by Viscount Palmerston, who didn't want a'Gothic-ized' building - Scott worked on a classical design instead
