Born in south of France in 1978, Sheykh Mohammad Cyrous was raised in France and in the United States where he got his postgraduate Degree.
He studied seminary shia studies (Hawzah) since 1998. He had the opportunity to deliver speeches around the world.
In April 2006, he received the religious cloth authorisation from the Grand Ayatollah Wahid Khorassani.
In January 1st 2008, Mohammad Cyrous was arrested and tortured by the Iranian Intelligence Service in Qom in solitary confinement blindfolded during 7 months; he was accused of spying for Canada.
On January 11th 2009, due to his position on separation of the State and the Mosque. He was released and left the country.
Now, he is participating to the Dialogue Among Religions while continuing his studies in the UK.
He wrote two books until now (not yet published): "the Jinns according to shia Islam" and "What happened inside the secret jails in Iran".
