Dahagam Sambamurthy దహగాం సాంబమూరి౨ noted Telugu Laureate and Teaching Professional
Dahagam Sambamurthy was born in 1942 in a Mahadevepur remote village of Karimnagar District of Andhra Pradesh. The same place has grown in to a Mandal Headquarters now.
He was born in a family of humble background to Late Shri Dahagam Veeraiah and Smt Narsamma.
After having completed his schooling in Chennur, Adilabad District. He went on to completing his Ph D from Osmania University under the Guidance of Prof. Sreeram Murthy.
Started his career as a Single Teacher school teacher, with his passion for work and excellence went on to become District Educational Officer of Khammam District (year ____________). Out of his interest in teaching, moved back to Government College of Education, Hanamkonda as Principal and retired from the services.
His contributions to Telugu Literature have been recognised by Government of Andhra Pradesh; hailed by various Educational Institutions, Universities and several cultural bodies.
