Career Development Timeline
[edit]1978- Began Employment in an automotive frame shop with my father and grandfather at Quality Auto Works in Bellflower at the age of 5
1989- Store Clerk at a geode shop specializing in crystals from Mexico and minerals from around the world
1990- Various positions in various resturants, Mainstreet Disneyland
1994- Daycare supervisor for children between 5 to 12, Los Alamitos School District. I spent my time with my grand parents (3), before they all passed within a couple years of each other, Leukemia, Emphysema, Heart Attack.
1996- Transitioned to Full-time at TRW, expeditor with mentor Jan Parrish and Dan Doiron
1998- Area Manager of materials, hardware, tooling, access, status and assignments
2001- Transitioned to Fluid systems that evolved into Subsystem, Manufacturing, Assembly, Resources and Test
2002- TRW purchased by Northrop when the TRW CEO abruptly left the company due to conflict with the board
2004- Assembly & Test Engineer learning from Dan Nelson (AP mechanic), Chris Doiron and Paul Ragaosky (planner)
2006- Subproject Manager propulsion systems
2009- Subproject Manager AEHF recovery (special assignment)
2010- Subproject Manager KDF antenna subsystem, propulsion subsystem and implementation of SAP at Space Park
2011- Subproject Manager (special assignment due to SAP)
2012- Process Planner (special assignment)
2013- Process Engineer and Planner
2018- Subproject Manager HCHP recovery (special assignment)
2019- Process Engineer and Planner, SME, Staff Mechanical Engineer
2020- Process Engineer and Planner, SME, Trainer to pass along what I have learned and experienced
2028- Retirement
