editMy hobbies include playing video games with friends, I like swimming and I love sleeping. Swimming keeps your heart rate up but has less impact on the body[1]
My Wikipedia Interests
editIf I'm on Wikipedia I like just browsing for a bit.
Article Evaluation
editI am a person very interested in the wildlife of the world. I know that there are so many species of animals. I wanted to look at amphibians, I visited the Natterjack toad article on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on Life History, lack of other key points, and lack of citation in some areas.
Life History
editI have noticed that is noticeably small but I was hoping for more information like expectancy and life cycle. Although it mentions some key points such as videos on their call and a video of the animal. I learned recently, the eggs take about 7 to 10 days to hatch and their lifespan is 15 years, I didn't see any of this information being mentioned.
Lack of other key points
editThere are some great key points in this article. The great key point that I found useful was the Natterjack toads calling videos was cool to hear, and also where the Natterjack is mainly located and the physical description of the Natterjack. The article is missing other important key points such as the Natterjack behavior and other aspects for instance life expectancy.
Lack of citation
editThere are many citations that I've looked at and they needed to be updated some of them were a couple of years old now and there may have been new information presented. I also noticed a couple of pdfs which are also outdated. Finally, I also noticed a lack of citations in Life history and Reproduction.
Summary
editFor the most point, I would give it an n "Alright." This information would be sufficient for some people but if others like me would want more information about the Natterjack toad, the citations are outdated but could be updated. The section titled "Life history" only has one citation that outdated and secondly, "Reproduction" has no citations for none of the information. Finally, there information I think would benefit this page for others who are interested in the Natterjack toads.
