Howdy, I'm Seikku and I'm a Finn. And I'm proud of both of them. Well, at least most of the time.
I write in English, Finnish, and sometimes in a couple of other languages. I hardly ever start a new article, but try to fix the errors in existing articles I happen to come across.
I have always been a scientist, only I was smaller before I went to school. My parents were teachers and the damage is irreversible, as anyone who knows me, can confirm.
In Wikipedia I consider myself as something like anti-mergistic inclusion-eventualist. And I strongly disagree about 90% of requests for reference or citation -- the remaining 10% might be better off with a reference. Requesting a reference for a detail that the requester does not understand is just plain stupid. To make a request one should have reasonable understanding on the matter in hands AND reasonable doubt this claim could be an artifact instead of a fact.
Yet, in general the Wikipedia is a good thing that's happen to everyone (with Internet), so I keep on using some of my time to contribute to this project.
If you know Finnish, see my Finnish page [1]. Or search the internet for Seikku Kaita.
