I've uploaded a few of my photos to Wikipedia, usually at higher qualities than the versions on my flickr feeds. Sometimes I forget to change the copyright status of my photos on Flickr. Even if I forget to change them, it just means that there's an outdated status that I need to update, not that the photo is illegitimate.
I also post some of my pictures on my photography portfolio, photos.wheelerc.org, as possibly on LGBT-Reno.net.
I hope that clears up some potential problems before they become them.
