As a group we plan to add a "History and Background" section, "Controversies" section, "Future Developments" section and environmental justice implications within one or more of these sub-topics. We will outline the two court cases that led up to the creation of the rule and concerns under Trump, as well as discuss the disputes with Scott Pruitt becoming head of the EPA.
