Evidence presented by Senra
editSwearing is not a crime
editEvidence that swearing is not a crime.[1] As I hold admins to a higher standard than editors, this[2] unsanctioned event is particularly revealing. Swearing by editors is not consistently sanctioned.[3]

The issue is bullying, not swearing
editBullying by anyone on Wikipedia should be discouraged; there should be absolute zero tolerance of bullying by admins or bureaucrats. A recent event, triggered by my ironic post[5] on Thumperward (talk · contribs)'s page followed by an almost immediate reversion[6] by The Rambling Man (talk · contribs), led to a heated (but AGF both sides) exchange recorded here.[7] The event was and will remain unreported though it should serve to illustrate the heavy handed attitude by some admins.
Malleus helps editors
editMalleus helps editors, such as me for example [8] and [9]. [The following is from my submission to this arbitration/request/case December 2011] "I would classify my style as conciliatory [10] though I can be robust when necessary such as [11] and [12]. I first interacted with Malleus Fatuorum in June 2010 [13] in a discussion which followed his edit [14] to an article I was working on; I have always found him incredibly courteous both then and now [15]. On request [16], Malleus has always applied his considerable knowledge of the English language to correct my poor grasp of my own native tongue".
