Biker Jim's is a restaurant in Denver, Colorado, founded by "Biker" Jim Pettinger. The restaurant's primary food items are hot dogs made of many types of meat, including reindeer, rattlesnake, and boar.
History
editBiker Jim's was founded as a food cart on Denver's 16th Street Mall, near Skyline Park. Its owner, Pettinger, had previously worked performing motor vehicle repossessions.[1]
Food
editThe most common item from Biker Jim's is a sausage consisting of game meat such as elk, buffalo, or rattlesnake. The sausages are served in a hot dog roll with an assortment of toppings, including a combination of cream cheese and onions which are caramelized in Coca-Cola.
