Aaron Sledge is an American Singer, Writer and Producer who was born and Raised in Chicago, Illinois. Aaron got his start like most other artists, singing in church developing his talent and a strong musical foundation. He uses his writing talents for all genres of music, stemming from his own personal experiences. Aaron has worked for Smokie Norful, Yolanda Adams, and Ramsey Lewis. He has performed on the Jay Leno show with artists such as Nelly, Avant, and Akon. Aaron has written on projects for Shirley Caesar City Called Heaven which is also currently nominated for a Grammy, Mario's platinum album Turning Point, Avant's latest release The Letter(avant album), Tank's latest release Now or Never(Tank album), Mary Mary's upcoming release Something Big the list goes on and is continuing to grow.
Aaron is currently nominated for the 53rd Grammy Awards in the category of Best Contemporary R&B Gospel for his self titled Inspirational album released on the EMI record label. He continues to write and produce songs for various artists and has created a platform of exposure for up and coming talent.
