I'm very new to Wikipedia, so I'm probably going to use this space as a sandbox. Yes, I have read the user page article. I'm very interested in the sciences, and I have eyed some human anatomy and physiology articles I'd like to touch up on. I actually joined Wikipedia thinking that a Raphael painting of two philosophers (see the article on metaphysics) depicted Socrates and Plato. I thought Socrates, naturally being older, should have been on the left. Of course, you all know who those two really are!
I appreciate the work the Wikipedia community is doing, and I hope my own small contributions will make a difference.
