Personal Life

In his 20s, Brian Grasso competed in martial arts matches whilst training Canada's Olympic teams.[1] In his 30s he began amateur boxing.[2]

Career

In 2003, Grasso founded the International Youth Conditioning Association[2] which promoted fitness for children and allowed trainers to work with young athletes.[2] He was CEO for nearly 8 years.[3]

In 2011, Grasso created the Mindset Performance Institute.[2]

Grasso has written articles for Men's Fitness and Inked.[4]

In 2016, Grasso self-published 'Mindset Matters Most' which became #1 on the 'Personal Development' section on Amazon for 7 weeks after its release.[3]

In 2021, Grasso self-published 'Audacity of Success'.[3]
