I-don't-know-where-to-put-it disorder is a somewhat common disorder where the user has a brilliant idea (or something) but, has absolutely no idea where to put it. The symptoms of this disorder is this user box, intelligent scraps of valuable (or not so valuable...) info on a topic on its talk page, or listed on this page.
