Victoria Morton (born 1971) is a Scottish artist who works in paint, sculpture and installation.[1] She was born in Glasgow and trained at Glasgow School of Art.
Education
editMorton studied Fine Art at Glasgow School of Art from 1989 - 1993 and completed a Masters there in 1995.
Work
editMorton recently (2016) exhibited at Devils in the Making, Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art, alongside other graduates of the Glasgow School of Art, in an exhibition which recognised the contribution of the school to artistic life[2]. She also recently exhibited with Spoken Yeahs from a Distance at Sadie Coles HQ, London (2016)[3], at The Modern Institute, Glasgow (2014), and with Mouth Wave at the Rat Hole Gallery, Tokyo (2014).
She has also exhibited at, among others, the following venues:
She was a member of the Glasgow performance collective, Elizabeth Go.[5]
