Jan Adhikar Party was founded by Honorable Babu Singh Kushwaha (Former Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government) on 9th December 2016. The main objective of the establishment of the party was to strengthen the education system so that everyone can get equal education opportunities, whether it is a child of the poor or a laborer and a farmer, even if it is from a prosperous household, yet everyone is equally Equal opportunities for education and advancement.
To make all sections share in all the resources of the country in proportion to the population, which includes education, administration, economic, judiciary, media, legislature, private sector and contracting. Keeping all these subjects in mind, the Jan Adhikar Party was established.
The ideology of Jan Adhikar Party is to give equal rights to all sections of the society according to their population. The objective of the party is the empowerment of all the deprived, exploited, laborers, farmers, poor and women and their only goal is to get their rights. The main objective of the party is to issue the caste census report and to make all the sections share in all the resources of the country in proportion to the population.
The main objective is to increase the budget of health services. To build well-equipped hospitals in rural and small urban areas in proportion to the standard of population and to ensure the availability of qualified and trained doctors. Providing remunerative prices for crops for the empowerment of farmers, connecting common farmers directly to various cooperative institutions instead of middlemen, increasing the political participation of women with respect so that women can ensure a safe environment for themselves and ensuring their constitutional rights. To take the leadership in hand and share in power.

बाबू सिंह कुशवाहा जी का जन्म 7 मई 1966 में बांदा जिले में हुआ उनके पिता स्वर्गीय भागवत प्रसाद जी एक साधारण किसान थे अपने आरंभिक जीवन काल में बाबू जी ने गरीब, मजदूर, किसानों की मदद किया करते थे और उनके बेहतर जीवन की दिशा में विचार किया करते थे | यह गुण उनको उनके पिता से प्राप्त हुआ आगे चलकर उन्होंने महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले, माता सावित्री बाई फुले, छत्रपति शाहूजी महाराज, बाबा साहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर, भारत के लेनिन बाबू जगदेव प्रसाद कुशवाहा एवं रामस्वरूप वर्मा के बताए हुए रास्ते पर चलना शुरू कर दिया और अपना पूरा समय गरीब, कमजोर, पिछड़ों, अकलियत, महिलाओं और शोषित, वंचित वर्गों के उत्थान में लगा दिया |
अपने आरंभिक राजनैतिक जीवन में माननीय बाबू सिंह कुशवाहा जी दो बार कैबिनेट मंत्री के पद पर रहते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश की जनता की सेवा की, उन्होंने अपने महापुरुषों द्वारा दिखाए गए रास्तों पर चलते हुए सन् 2016 में जन अधिकार पार्टी की स्थापना की और जन अधिकार पार्टी के द्वारा पिछड़ों, दलितों, गरीब, मजदूर, किसान और समाज में शोषित वंचित लोगों की उत्थान की दिशा में लग गए |

Babu Singh Kushwaha ji was born on 7th May 1966 in Banda district. His father Late Bhagwat Prasad ji was a simple farmer. In his early life, Babu ji used to help the poor, labourers, farmers and thought towards their better life. used to do He got this quality from his father, later on he started following the path shown by Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Mata Savitri Bai Phule, Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Lenin of India, Babu Jagdev Prasad Kushwaha and Ramswaroop Verma and started his own journey. The whole time was devoted to the upliftment of the poor, weak, backward, akaliyat, women and the oppressed, deprived classes.
In his early political life, Hon'ble Babu Singh Kushwaha ji served the people of Uttar Pradesh twice as a cabinet minister, he followed the path shown by his great men and founded Jan Adhikar Party in 2016 and Jan Adhikar Party. Through this, the backward, downtrodden, poor, laborers, farmers and exploited deprived people in the society started in the direction of upliftment.
