Dave Capper is an American designer and inventor of toys such as the U-Force[1][2] and Tooth Tunes.[3] Before working on Tooth Tunes, he co-invented a candy called "Sound Bites" which was a battery-powered lollipop holder that similarly played music by using vibrations in the mouth.[4]
