I’m a 90’s child with a sharp eye for great design and a healthy appetite for code. I want to craft cool things.
I’m a multi-disciplinary designer born & raised in Peshawar, Pakistan, currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I currently work at Al Salama Hospital as a web developer during the day and moonlight on a small selection of freelance and personal work. I enjoy crafting digital experiences, with a keen interest in the modern multi device landscape. I try to enhance my practice by learning how to build things with code.
My goal is to create user-friendly and timeless websites that attract human eyes. I’ve worked on some amazing projects with some really talented people. I’ve learned a lot along the way. I’m
obsessed with building things and even more obsessed with perfecting them. I pride myself in having a high attention for details and make it my priority to create a unique and innovative solution for every project I take.
My freelance work began in 2010, during which I worked for a number of start-ups and small to medium sized businesses. I work in Web layouts, Brand designs, Infographics, Logo design, Photography, Print, Responsive layouts whereas for applications i am totaly dedicated to work in PHP, MySQL, Ajax, Jquery, Bootstrap, Javascript, CSS3 and HTML5. I have a keen interest in creating desktop application using C# Ohoo i forget to mention that i can develop and customize web projects in CMS like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, MediaWiki including some plug-in and modules developement as well.
I enjoy Pashto music, literature, poetry and history of Pashtoons. Connected with various platform and working on some small projects like thePashto.com a Pashto-English online dictionary, Pukhtoogle a portal which covers news and updates about Peshawar including a huge photo gallery featuring Pashto, Pashtoons & Peshawar. Furthermore an online Pashto Phonetic keyboard was developed by me in 2010 which help me and other visitors to type Pashto text without installing keyboard in the system.
I love to read Rehman Baba, Hamza Baba, Khatir Afridi, Abaseen & Atal. Well i will share my favorite poetry in blog later on. Storing natural scenes and sharing with friends is my hobby, take a look on some photographic clicks here and let me know about my luck in iPhonoghraphy.
You know I’m a web guy. It’s really hard to give myself a ‘title’ but to put it in one sentence – I design and develop web sites & applications, build mobile and interactive media pieces, market sites through social media, blogging & other avenues, configure + maintain + harden servers, consult on assessment and metrics for web campaigns, plan & manage large development projects and playing Rabab.
The last part isn’t true, though I really wish I knew how to play the Rabab.
