Dr Orna Triguboff is a Kabbalah scholar, yoga and meditation teacher and the founder of the Australian-based [Neshamah Centre]http://www.neshamahcentre.org/index.html.
Born and based in Australia, Trigoff received a doctorate in Kabbalah from the [University of Sydney]http://www.usyd.edu.au/, specialising in Lurianic kabbalah and angelology. She was also a student of hatha yoga teacher Acharya Upendra Roy.
During the past 25 years, she has has taught in the United States, Israel and Australia, during which time she has developed a spiritual practice which synthesises Kabbalah, yoga and personal self-transformation techniques.
A member of the Jewish Renewal movement and a student of Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, her teachings focus on developing a body of practice and knowledge which forms an integrated spiritual path within Jewish teachings.
