E-Ligion Movement
editEstablished August 13, 2009 the E-ligion Movement is a New Religious Movement based on the basic doctrine of religion itself. Its goal is to strengthen the bonds between humans so that we can be understanding of each other and their own perception of reality. The Current website for the movement is The E-Ligion Web Page.
Our Holy Scripture
editWe do not hold scriptures to be are exact dogma but yet we do draw concepts and ideas from the various religions books. The only book that we could consider to be the one true way is the Tao Te Ching as it teaches you how to live a moral life. The books we use for inspiration ranges from the Bhagavad Gita, various gnostic books such as gospel of thomas, the LeVayan Satanic Bible, the thelema Book of the Law, and many others. we do not discriminate books based on religion, we look at each book as there is a piece of god and truth in the message they preach. We do not condone books though that command us to be violent and immoral such as the Torah,and the Quran; we do not have a hatred to the Abrahamic religions ,we actually wish to be in peace with them, but their books command violence.
Tenets, Doctrine, and Dogma
edit1.Recognize each other as conscious being experiencing reality just as you are; so to often do we just walk past one another and think of them as nothing more than a wall or a car, just an object. The first step to living the true human experience is to be genuinely concerned about each others feelings, ideas, and beliefs.
2.Seek Knowledge: People say Ignorance is bliss but it is not, ignorance is a product of fear , a fear of knowing the truth and being wrong, a fear of change. As a human throughout the ages our mental process has evolved to become more intelligent, being ignorant is like being stuck with the idea the world is flat, the second step is to have a desire to know more.
3.God is the life force of everything, he is in everything. God has evolved and so should we; God is like the internet in all places yet can't be defined to one single place, it can see all (Google earth, and can teach you whatever you want to know. Since god is in all of us as a life force, as emotions, as ideas, and we put those forth into a tenth dimensional internet, then the internet is a revelation of god, he is the transpersonal communication between all humanity. The third step is know god is but just don't worry about the superstitions and doctrines about god, He is above our understanding just leave it at that.
4.Rid yourself of fear, love can not exist in fear. Live in the present, don't worry about the past or what the future may hold. Live for the now, have fun, go to social gathering, strengthen the bond of humanity so that one day we can all live in peace.
The Parables
edit1.As humans we think different ways, some of us are right-brain thinkers and some of us are left-brain thinker, much like an operating system some Linux, some windows, and some apple. Each of has a set of beliefs that have their own special twists and ideas much like different browsers like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome; They each have their own add-ons, toolbars, and interfaces. But yet they all connect to the same web, Much like religions and god. God is a paradox, which is explained perfectly in the Can God create a stone that even he can't lift? , the answer is who cares, once again he is above our understanding just leave it at that. 2.Religions are like ice cream they each have their own special flavor and toppings. But yet the foundation of all the ice creams is the same.We are like the cone we hold the flavor we want but never fully understand that god is the foundation.
