Gokul Raj aged 23, is a Malayalam Short story writer and indie movie director.
He published his first collection of short stories in the year 2021. He made feature films along with his co-director Vaishnav H.Both started their directorial venture at very young age. First film "Domestic Dialogues" which has won best debut directors award in Jharkhand International Film Festival Awards(JIFFA) was made in 2019. Gokul and vaishnav are among the group of young indie film makers of kerala who tries to make experimental films. Second film "Uzhal " is in final stage in which camera is done by senior indie film maker and cinematographer Prathap Joseph.
