I'm an inclusionist. Why should notability be an issue to a non-printed encyclopedia? I want Wikipedia to be an encyclopedia of almost everything - a sort of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy without the travel advice.
I'm interested in railroads (especially model railroads), comic books and comic book history, and science fiction (especially space operas such as Honor Harrington.)
The common idea of NPOV at Wikipedia appears to be "an article that is mildly favorable towards its subject". I don't think that qualifies as NPOV.
