Dhruv kumar is an Indian intelligence officer and a civil servant Mumbai City and Former Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ratnagiri city . Kumar is an Indian Police Service officer of 2006 batch and in 2015 he was awarded the President's Police Medal(gallantry) for his role in the counter terrorist operations during 2012 As a member of the Detection Unit, he gunned down more than 46 gangsters of the Mumbai underworld.
