Lisa Ann Sinkko new article content ... Born Lisa Ann Slopek on February 19, 1968 to Edward Charles and Ruth Jean Slopek in Washington Pennsylvania a suburb of Pittsburgh PA, Lisa was born into a middle class blue collar family. Her father held two jobs from the time he was 16 years old so that his wife did not havce to work outside the home. Her father's second job was that of a Cemetery Caretaker and Gravedigger and that is where her love of History began.

As Lisa got older she became interested in the History of Hollywood Her parents and her uncle who were born in the late 20's and early 30's told her stories of Fatty Arbuckle, Jean Harlow, Marilyn Monroe but the first story that was told to her was about the lady who was so disillusioned about her movie career that she leaped from the "H" from the Hollywoodland Sign Peg Entwistle. This story she never forgot and always stayed close to her heart.

Over the years and with the invent of the internet Lisa learned more and more Hollywood History reading book after book provided escape from the real world of her parents both dying of cancer and a brief volitile first marriage at 22. She waited a decade before marrying again to Scott Sinkko on April 6, 2002 Lisa also gave birth to a son Noah Scott Edward Sinkko a month after the terrorist attacks of 9/11 on October 10, 2001. During the first 5 years of her marriage she lived in Erie Pennsylvania. In August of 2005 Her family moved to Ohio where they currantly live today.

In February of 2010 Lisa was browsing the internet and came across an article where she became aware that Peg Entwistle was buried in an unmarked grave. She had been unaware of this until then. It was then that she decided she wanted to put a headstone on her grave. She had every intention of paying for it on her own but after discussing it wtih a friend became aware that others may want to contribute to the the stone and be a part of history as well. Lisa began a Group on Facebook and within a day had over a hundred members. within 4 months the headstone was paid for and ordered so that it would be placed on her grave by september 16, 2010 the 78th anniversary of her leap into history. The Groups Goal was met and the stone was set on that very date.

After the stone was set Lisa and her family took a 4 day trip to California. It was a planned family vacation but a group of people from a message board Lisa once belonged to who had a personal grudge against her implied that she used leftover donation money to go to California. They also claimed that the Peg Entwistle Headstone Donations drive was a scam and that Ms. Sinkko was being investigated by the IRS. None of these accusations are true. The Donations received for the Entwistle Stone went directly to the stone and it is there. there is no proof that Ms. Sinkko used donated money for any personal gain. and there is no proof that she is being investigated by the IRS. The facts are Ms. Sinkko wanted to start a Foundation names Starmarkers and obtained a EIN from the IRS and thought that was all she needed but further investigation on her own she realized there was alot more to it than that and realized it was just easier to just pay for headstones on her own since her reputation had been ruined by the jealous haters who held a grudge against her no one would donate anyway.

"I did make a mistake but I never scammed anyone and I never used anyone's money for anything other than what it was meant't for." Lisa still lives in Ohio, still plans on putting more headstones on more graves on my own privately, and is still trying to rebuild her trashed reputation.

"I may have to go to court, I'm not a rich I don't want to hire an attorney but what else can I do"
