From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am SuperWikiaBros, but you can call me by my real name, Armaan I am a Wikipedian who fixes problems, especially overlinking (usually in captions) and irrelevant information. From time to time, I also look for vandalism.

Overlinking examples on Wikipedia

[edit source]

In Super Mario Odyssey, an older version linked “a Tyrannosaurus to trample objects.”

In onomatopoeia: “A window shop sign in Italy proclaims…”

Similar issues appear in weather and free-content linking to France and Khmer.

Templates like this flag icon, Mexico link to countries and sometimes, the flag template, Mexico can be used, people do Mexico Mexico (a back-to-back link), thus using more bytes and storage.

There are also what I call "back-to-back links", or links that can be grouped together—for example, Countryballs captions like “United Kingdom forces Poland to clean toilets after vandalising Wikipedia.”
