This is the story of a Corporate Human Resources & Organization Development professional turned “Sadhu” to find the true significance of the achievements in life & to explore how our own cultural Scriptures like “Holy Vedas” & “Upanishads” and the enlightenment of “Soul Wisdom” “Cosmic Wisdom” & “Sadhana” can advance present modern world in their Professions, Business & in Personal Beings.
Strong human resources professional with a master’s degree focused on Business integration of Human Resource Management & Bachelor`s degree in Laws from University of Kota. Swami Ji! served a full 14 years of meaningful service as Strategic Human Resource transformation role with a demonstrated history of working in the Manufacturing & Infrastructure industries with multinational organization & Indian multination when his kind heart got converted. He was shocked by how much pain, struggle, and sufferings people had to go through to have basic necessities. He saw people who were struggling to find food from the waste box, the sufferings with Students of the country, Professional working population & Entrepreneurs. Every new year there is a tragedy, where entire world in affected, like a pandemic or a recession or a war or other natural calamities, where the entire generation of mankind endures.
Poor people are struggling for food & basic medical facilities and looking for the ways for self – development so that their children must not see the same world what they have seen in their poverty. Students struggle to get employment to animate their lives & earn livelihood for their dependents and families, where parents of such students have spent their entire life resources just to provide education to their wards & those students suffer like anything to just get an employment.
Working class, extremely struggle to remain in work to feed their dependents and struggle to run their livelihood.Entrepreneurs struggle hard for the survival of their employees, business and for their own lives which includes their own stake holders. After it all, Swami Ji got inspired and passed up the world of suits and offices to gain celibacy forever. As the requirements for salvation and spirituality expected, he misses human relationships, physical comforts and the normal aspiration for recognition and severance from a meaningful and promising career leave behind him with questions.
Swami ji discussed, how he followed voice of his own Soul and connected with his Soul to acquire Peace & Wisdom from own Soul & Cosmic Energy present in this Universe through Sadhana.
