Tatiana S. Karseka works as the Nuclear Knowledge Management Analyst in the Nuclear Energy Department of the IAEA. She obtained an advanced degree in Social Science and Economics, focusing on International Human Recourse and Knowledge Management, as well as advanced professional training at Nuclear Power Institute at Texas A&M University. In 2013 she obtained international certification in Knowledge Management. Since 2007 she works for the IAEA on different aspects of nuclear knowledge preservation as well as IAEA review services. Within last years she was actively involved in implementation of the IAEA Safety Action Plan in area of Information exchange and Capacity Building. Her research interests lie in area of Knowledge Management and Safety Culture in nuclear organizations as well as Knowledge Management for Nuclear Accidents.
