Melissa Jo Hunter, who also goes by the nickname MOJO, is an American television personality best known for her appearance in the FOX mega-hit reality t.v. show Joe Millionaire1 filmed in Paris, France. She made the final four of the twenty ladies vying for Evan Marriott's affection. She became a household name after confessing her admiration to Marriott by displaying a puzzle and poem she made for him personally. Marriott dumped MOJO after she revealed a one million dollar check that she wrote to herself, which she claimed to be a goal setting tactic.
Biography
editMOJO was raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, in the United States of America. In Indiana, she received three academic scholarships to attend college, and graduated with honors from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) with a triple business major (Human Resources Management, Business Management and an International Concentration). Hunter earned her memorable nickname, MOJO, while attending college. Friends would call her Mel Jo and then after the Austin Powers movie became a hit, everyone just started calling her MOJO.
