Taha Wasiq was born in Lahore, Pakistan, January 30th, 2004. He is doing his A-levels from Beaconhouse Defence campus Lahore.
A student, interested in anthropology, religious histories, Islamic history and historiography. He has been collecting and preserving flora, fauna, fossils[1], precious and semi precious stones, coins, and antiques. Using his artistic skills, create antique-styled objects, either inspired by or a similar copy of the original. He won second position in Living planet art Contest 2012[2]. Interested in early Islamic historiography and historical perceptions of Prophet Muhammad, challenging both widespread traditional Islamic and anti-Islamic narratives regarding the rise of Islam. He is also gradually developing a YouTube channel for educational purpose[3].
In 2021 he began a community uplifting, heritage preservation and tourism development project in Rohtas by training schoolgirls to make coin replicas to be sold s souvenirs, whilst saving the originals that are the region's historical heritage.[4]
