Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark was born on May 26, 1968. His full name is Frederik André Henrik Christian, and he is the eldest son of Queen Margrethe II and the heir apparent to the Danish throne.

Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark was born at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark. Rigshospitalet, also known as Copenhagen University Hospital, is a major hospital in the capital city. Crown Prince Frederik attended primary school in Copenhagen, Denmark. He completed his secondary education at Øregaard Gymnasium, a secondary school in Hellerup, a suburb of Copenhagen.

he also had a notable involvement in the Danish military. As part of the Danish royal tradition, members of the royal family often undergo military training. Crown Prince Frederik, following this tradition, received training in all three branches of the Danish Armed Forces – the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force.

After abruptly declaring her abdication, Queen Margrethe II stated she would step down and hand the throne over to her eldest son, Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark. He will be known as King Frederik X!
