Draei Bitsc
Born Bwango Issa alias Draei Bitsc is a ugandan artist who started singing at an early age. Draei Bitsc came to be know in the 2013 when he made an appearance on stage at the Bayimba Regional Festival in Fort Portal Uganda with a local hip hop group called Big Spit Music Cooperation. In 2014, Draei Bitsc started perfoming Live on stage with a local band around Uganda Where he gained experience in perfomance arts and how to write Rutooro Music.
In the year 2015, Draei Bitsc had already gained enough charisma to go for a singing competition. He auditioned for Coca Cola Rated Next season 03 in the same year and among the 3000+ contestants who Auditioned country wide, Draei Bitsc blew Judge Siima Kanyindo’s head with his rendition of sam smith’s “stay with me” and was able to make it to the Top 10 contestants to vie for the finale. The first live shows of the competition saw Draei Bitsc, Nnanyanzi Prudence And Elijah Kisakye put on probation! The second week of the competitions saw Draei bowing out of the competitions citing poor song choice in the category of Ugandan Oldies.
After the competitions
Draei Bitsc Continued with his music releasing “ want you back “ featuring Tushi Polo and “Around the World” with Leumas Owabajaja.
In 2017 Working with Rwenzori Forum for Peace and Justice, Draei Bitsc collaborated with fellow artists in Rwenzori Region to create a unity And peace song to call for peace among the divided groups of people in Rwenzori Region.
Music Draei Bitsc first collaborated with Big Spit music in 2013 to 2016 producing songs “Njwahire”, “Owalikuliza Amaizi“, “Baby when I wake Up”, Ninkugonza, “itwe ensiganto za Tooro” and a Solo single “keep Hope”
Other solo Music Projects In may 2020, Draei Bitsc realeased A single “Enyange” off his yet to come acoustic Album “Abomuka Voice Notes) He would later release “Ningaruka Tooro” in Dec 2020.
In the month of September 2020, Draei Bitsc participated in Akadope Star Competitions and out of 250 submissions online countrywide, Draei Bitsc Was selected to be among the top 12 finalists to vie for the semi finals and finals respectively
